Access to the beach clubs and bars.

The bathroom was downright disgusting. There was a stench from the drains.

Als fünfköpfige Familie hatten wir in der AURORA Villa großartige Tage. Unsere Kinder haben den glitzernden, sauberen Pool geliebt und wir Eltern den blumigen, schattigen Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt: nah am Wasser, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, super sauber, und die Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und sind letztlich länger geblieben als geplant. Das Frühstück hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue überrascht: eine köstliche sri-lankische Leckerei nach der anderen und unglaublich reichhaltig. Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir definitiv wieder! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Un super accueil ici ! Notre hôte nous a conseillé de supers activités et restaurants. Il a été aux petits soins avec nous. Les chambres sont simples et propres, de l'eau chaude à la bonne température, une très bonne pression d'eau, salle de bain neuve. Un bon emplacement pour visiter les environs et proche de la plage.

Great and comfortable accommodation close to restaurants, bars and a beach where you can snorkel with turtles, the owner lent us a mask and snorkel. The owner and his people are very nice and helpful. They serve a fantastic breakfast, either classic continental or traditional Sri Lankan. TOP

It was a value for money stay. The place is close to the beach.

The accommodation description in booking is not very accurate. According to the listing, breakfast was offered for 5$, but the owner told us 7$. We didn't take breakfast to see if it was good , but still 7$ is a lot. Another thing is that they say that they accept card payment, but upon the check out, they informed us that they don't have POS.

The owner is very nice, the property is beautiful, right next to the beach and to the Doctor’s House.

The room was big (3 double beds), but small bathroom. There was dust in the corners and there is the carpet on the floor..

The hosts made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A Sri Lankan breakfast was provided at an additional charge and the hosts helped with organising taxis for onwards travel. We stayed twice on our trip: once for the Doctor’s House party as it’s right around the corner and second on our way back along the coast for some R&R.
