Merci à Flavio et Giuseppe pour le séjour. Ils ont été super, bien que la barrière de la langue n'a pas permis de partager plus. L'emplacement est parfait, au calme et la place de parking est appréciée. On a pu faire Matera a pieds le premier jour et facilement sortir de la ville pour visiter les alentours le 2e jour.

Giuseppe qui nous a donné toutes les indications pour visiter - l'emplacement à 2 pas de l'entrée de la ville antique.

Typická italská snídaně, sladké pečivo (např. kobliha) a hrnek kávy či capucina. Blízko historického centra, jen pár minut pěšky. Velmi přátelský a ochotný ubytovatel - čekal na nás při příjezdu a prakticky nám držel místo na zaparkování přímo před domem. Vzhledem k chladným dnům byla snídaně podávána v ložnici, ale při teplejším počasí lze snídat na střešní terase s krásným výhledem na staré město.

Není co uvést, snídaně byla prostě standartně italsky jednoduchá. Jednoduchá komunikace v angličtině (naprosto dostatečná pro průběh ubytování a vyřízení všech formalit); škoda, že neumíme italsky, protože bychom se byli od hostitele dozvěděli opravdu hodně - byl velmi komunikativní a přátelský.

Fantastic location for easy access to city. Nice uo have a little out door space with a balcony that gets sun in the afternoon. Breakfast of pastry and coffee included. Served to the room in winter months but great terrace accessible in season.aircon/heater available in room and excellent wifi. Owners were super helpful and extremely kind and welcoming Car parking was pre arranged for outside the building

Room was quite basic and compact but sufficient. Shower difficult to keep to temperature and not very powerful. Strange consistent noise of ? Pipes banging disturbed sleep every night Having breakfast delivered at 8.30 meant had to be up and dressed for this time. Towels not provided as standard €20 supplement per couple per stay.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo la cortesia e l'ospitalità degli host, il signor Giuseppe e la sua famiglia sono incredibilmente accoglienti, ci hanno consigliato tanti bei posti dove mangiare e cose da fare, e il proprietario in persona la mattina ci serviva la colazione in camera con un cappuccino meraviglioso e una cura incredibile! Consigliatissimo!

The host is very friendly especially the host's father who prepare nice and delicious breakfast for us every morning. He even took us up to the roof top for a good very of Matera. The location is very close to the old town just 5-10 mins walk. Parking is just outside the apartment and it is free.
