A very peaceful, quiet cottage. Parking next to the cottage. Everything that was required for a short stay was there.

Quaint and quirky. Great location. Comfortable beds. Really welcoming hosts.

Electrics. Needs updating. Power kept cutting out. Tv - couldn’t access anything to watch.

"It was a great place to congregate for a family wedding gathering, but we ate out."

Very close to our son's wedding venue and holiday locations. A bonus that Powderham Castle was on a promotional week and had alpaca walking! much enjoyed by the young ladies in our party.

For self-catering, the kitchen area was far too small, we did not even attempt it apart from a couple of cooked breakfasts. And it certainly felt like the servants' quarters!

Lovely little cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very friendly.

The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and there are steps between the kitchen and living area so it may not suit those with mobility issues.
