A wonderful place and a wonderful host! Possibly the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at, it's close to the bus stops and the Sandown beach which is perfect for a late walk to Shanklin Chine if you fancy visiting it when it gets a bit darker and they put lights on. The food at 101 was delicious every day, served by Louise herself with a welcoming smile on her face. Very pleasant to communicate with, always checking if we needed anything. Would love to stay there again!

"Cosy, comfy and super charming stay near a beautiful beach"

Louise is the most wonderful host! Lovely B&B, nicely decorated, clean and comfy. Home cooked breakfast too! Super lovely mini granolas with fruit and eggs etc. A classic B&B as they should be - none of that anonymous stuff but real hospitality.

Bit difficult to manage the water from the shower in the small bathroom, and it doesn't get that hot (none of this is terrible) Quality of the coffee could be better and the breakfast might have more veg.

Everything - lovely size room comfortable bed - 15 min walk from Sandown train station and 5/7 mins walk to high street or beach.

The room was SPOTLESS. It was refreshed each day and every inch of it was sparkling. The bed was comfortable and the decor was tidy and in good condition. Even though it was warm, the rooms location made it fairly cool, especially with the windows open at night. The building itself was well kept and the dining area was very clean and tasteful too. The breakfast and it's presentation was excellent too. The host Louise was fantastic, really made an effort with arrival, hosting at breakfast, wishing a nice day to us when leaving. Situated only a few minutes from the beach and 1 minute from a quiet car park which was great for being able to get around the Isle.

I did not dislike anything!

"Just the break we needed"

Bedroom was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Great choices for breakfast, cooked and presented well. Nothing was too much trouble and Louise was the perfect host, attentive but not intrusive

The shower head had a habit of moving mid shower which was inconvenient but not a show stopper
