Mary Ann was really welcoming and friendly; we really enjoyed talking to her. Breakfast was delicious. The space was comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Thank you for welcoming us into your lovely house, Mary Ann!

"Not what you should expect."

Nice downtown location. Temperature control was good (Alaska).

TV set up quirky and very dated. We were asked to remove our shoes before entering the premises. The entrance had nowhere near enough room to do this easily. Breakfast was NOT cooked for you in the AM. It was prepared the night before for you to take out of the fridge and eat in the AM.
