HRMátyás Panzió is located 800 meters from the Szeged Train Station and 2,200 meters from the Szeged Bus Station, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat for weary travellers. Gabriela, the owner of this bed and breakfast, was incredibly generous and hospitable. My room was cosy and well-furnished, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I am delighted with my stay; this booking offered superb value for money.
These were minor inconveniences, but the internet connection was weak and the view from the window was quite unremarkable.

GBLovely location near a monastery, so a quiet night’s sleep as a result! Comfortable bed, spacious room, usefully equipped with a small fridge. Street parking outside. Pleasantly spartan character overall.
The breakfast option wasn’t available the day of my stay and I would have loved some shower gel. Slightly awkward stairs up to the room so I left my heavy case in the car.
