"Mooie, maar voor je welzijn gevaarlijke locatie"

Locatie mooi; ontbijt voortrefelijk; personeel heel aardig en zelfs bereid o.a. om een speciaal verjaardagsontbijt voor kleinzoon te organiseren

In ons verblijf kamer 101 was er zowel in de badkamer zelf als bij de overgang van de kamer naar het balkon een afstapje van ongeveer 10 cm dat niet was aangegeven met bijvoorbeeld kleurverschil, waarschuwing, rode band o.i.d. Wij zijn in de badkamer en bij de stap van kamer naar balkon in die 3 dagen meer dan 10 keer bijna of helemaal gevallen/ gestruikeld. Een keer sloeg ik met mijn handen bijna door het glas in de balkondeur om me staande te houden. Voor vrij oude mensen zoals wij ( tegen de 80 jaar ) is zo'n niet aangegeven afstapje een bron van voortdurende angst. Bij de receptie kregen we te horen dat we de eerste gasten waren die zich daarover beklaagden. In de vele accommodaties die wij in de loop van de jaren via Booking hebben gehuurd, hebben we zoiets niet eerder meegemaakt Geen tweede keer keer in A Muralha dus!
