Beautiful hotel in Tirano, a short 5 minute walk from the station. Very new and clean - lots of wood so feels like a beautiful Alpine lodge. Spacious room, with lots of storage, very comfy bed and good shower - plenty of towels and toiletries. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Elena, the host, is lovely and sent great instructions how to get in, in case we arrived late. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Beautiful historical location with nearby supermarket, the bedrooms and bathroom were cozy and spacious, each room had good heating facilities, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Elena in particular was very nice.

The lift was sometimes a bit slow, but not a major issue.

Da localização no centro histórico da cidade e uns 500 metros a pé da estação ferroviária, do bom cafe da manhã, incluso na diária, de ter um elevador para subir as bagagens, apesar de lento, muito funcional, para quem estava 23 dias viajando, com pernoites em algumas hospedagens sem esse recurso, foi um grande diferencial. O quarto tbm excelente, cama deliciosa e o banheiro amplo com um ótimo chuveiro. Do atendimento constante, via WhatsApp da funcionária, muito gentil e cortês, prestando todas as informações necessárias. Internet muito boa.

Não há pontos negativos.

Marta was extremely nice and kind. Her positive attitude is contagious. The rooms were very clean and we felt comfortable.
