Very good location with a parking spot. Very short walk to the beach (8 minutes) and elevator was a nice touch.

Wish the mattress was a bit firmer

Close to the piazza, very cozy and clean place. Pino was a great host and was there to answer any questions . He helped us to find our way as we took a wrong turn somehow . Breakfast was very good with many options to chose from and we ate it on the balcony which was an added bonus. A very nice and relaxing stay. Thank you Pino for taking such great care of us !

Fantastic location and breakfast! Great service from Pino.. helped us with our bags and finding parking. Quite a large room and has an elevator to get to 5th floor!

Slight smell near the bathroom. Also unknown to us this is the only room he has and its next door to his apartment.

Pino is a wonderful and professional and meticulous host. The cleanliness was better than any other place i have stayed at. He provides many choices for you to choose your breakfast, the evening before. The location of the home is perfect for visiting Tropea on foot; Pino saved a parking spot for me. It was all around a perfect stay.

A lovely spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the town,hills and towards the sea where we ate our plentiful breakfast every morning brought on a tray by Pino our host.Spotlessly clean, comfy bed,hot shower, kettle,air con, everything you need.Pino was a very warm and caring host who looked after our every need.He clearly takes pride and puts much effort into what he does.Breakfast was a big choice of sweet and savoury.Location excellent for station,sea front and on the edge of a nice piazza with numerous eating places.

The host Pino and his wife Maria were truly sweet and generous hosts. Pino met us on the street and saved us a parking spot during a very busy holiday weekend and was happy to answer all questions. He didn't speak English, but was very proficient with his phone translator and we were able to communicate very easily. He was very responsive, helpful and caring, wanting to make sure we enjoyed our time in Tropea. The breakfasts were outstanding - sweet and savory options, and the fresh fruit was incredibly fresh! The room was so clean and immaculate. The room was spacious and bright, but dark for sleeping. We enjoyed the little balcony, soaking up the sun and sipping on wine. The location was perfect as well, right at the edge of the main Piazza and so close to so many restaurants! And the wifi was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here!
