1. Blisko plaża przy obiekcie 2. Piękna plaża Marco Polo około 2 km. Jak mieszkasz w Villa Annina to możesz na tą plażę wejść, bo nie jest dostępna dla wszystkich. 3. Widok z balkonu na morze. 4. Cisza i spokój na tarasie. W centrum miasta raczej wieczorem tak cicho nie jest. 5. Właścicielka bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta.

1. Najbliższa plaża bardzo kamienista, wręcz niebezpieczna. 2. Bez samochodu jest ciężko, ale z drugiej strony spalone kalorie 🤓.

La struttura è molto curata e tenuta benissimo. Il punto di forza è stata la calorosa accoglienza da parte di Anna e Claudia che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e coccolate fin da subito!

La distanza a piedi dal centro ma dopo aver noleggiato le biciclette abbiamo risolto questo piccolo inconveniente e tutto è filato liscio

The hotel has a true Italian charm, with clean rooms and lovely balcony. Anna and the staff were very kind, always trying to help despite the language barrier. Breakfast was fresh pastries, yogurt and coffee. There’s a quiet local beach nearby reached by many steps and rocky, so for fit active people, but perfect for snorkeling and worth the effort (specially if you go through the rocks on your left when on the beach, it’s sandy beach and amazing snorkel). Just a few kilometers from Tropea, it was a wonderful and authentic stay overall.

The view from our room was amazingly beautiful! And the balcony itself was large. The room and the hotel themselves are very authentic and have the Italian spirit. Anna was very friendly and the stuff, even though we don't speak Italian and they don't speak English, tried to explain and help us as much as they could. The room we booked was clean and we could always request new towels. There's a beautiful and quiet beach for locals near the villa. The only difficulty is getting through the rocks to reach it but we got used to it and made this journey 2 times per day. If I could, I would live there. It was a wonderful stay overall.

The only not 10/10 thing was the breakfast. It was obviously beautiful to eat it on the balcony but we received only a croissant with spreads, a few small breads and a coffee pro person. Maybe adding a yogurt and fruits would help.
