Three-Cranes

The Three Cranes is a popular local pub with rooms. Our room was well-appointed and reasonably comfortable - another chair would have been nice. The beds were a bit too soft for my taste and creaked quite loudly when sitting or lying down. The food (breakfast included and dinner) was excellent. Landlord and staff all very friendly. Will happily stay again, when we next visit family in Turvey.

A great rural pub in a lovely location. Room, staff, atmosphere and food all excellent - will return.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, nothing was too much trouble and the quality was fabulous. Bar service was great, fab selection of beers, wines and spirits. Evening meals beyond reproach, we often eat in high class / fine food restaurants, this was right up there with them !!

Lovely pub and B&B

Probably one of the best breakfast I've had for a while made with gopd quality ingredients. It's in a nice quiet location. Clean room with a nice large shower. Friendly staff and the pub the rooms were linked to looked really nice although we did not eat or drink there apart from for breakfast.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the spring mattress in my view needs replacing. Also there was limited sound insulation between us and the room next door therefore we could hear the other guests use the bathroom and shower which was quite disruptive and a shame given the quiet and peaceful location we were in. The room was also freezing when we arrived and the heater controls were not obvious to us. All that said it was still a pleasant stay but I feel that the room needs some work to justify the £120 per night price tag.

Room and bathroom very good. Staff so friendly and helpful.Food excellent.
