Posizione centrale, struttura nuova, disponibilità per check in anticipato, molto bella la terrazza panoramica,

La posizione centrale si scontra con la mancanza di parcheggio, quello a pagamento poco distante risulta sempre pieno. Parecchie scale e rampe da fare senza ascensore, quindi sconsigliato a chi ha molte valigie e passeggini. Struttura dentro che appare sicuramente rinnovata ma con alcune accortezze da rivedere (maniglia del bagno rotta, diverse prese non funzionanti). Colazione con voucher al bar di fronte che probabilmente non è tra i migliori della via

The breakfast pictures are very misleading. None is provided the way promised. We were given voucers for nearby bar where we could get 1 drink and 1 piece of bread.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was quite disappointing, especially considering the price. The air conditioning barely worked and stopped cooling entirely at night, making it extremely hard to sleep. The bathroom sink was blocked and had a bad smell, and one of the bedside lamps didn’t work, forcing us to keep a harsh ceiling light on. Breakfast was another letdown. Although advertised as “included” and later said by the property person with “no limit,” we were told after eating that it only covered a small coffee and one pastry. Being asked to pay extra afterward was embarrassing and confusing — this is not a proper breakfast, nor was it explained beforehand. The worst part of the experience, however, was the lack of management. There were no clear instructions for arrival, check-in, or even how breakfast worked. Despite early check-in being approved, no one was there when we arrived, and we had to figure things out on our own. We felt unsupported and misled throughout. Overall, poor communication, broken amenities, and misleading information made this a frustrating and disappointing stay.

No information in advance how to get in / check in. Neither information how to checkout. No staff present, which is ok if there is information about how the B&B works . Breakfast close at a coffee shop. Very small/ simple.. one coffee and pastry.

The property was right in the centre of the town and clean

The breakfast was poor with only one small coffee and one croissant. Disappointing!

The staff were lovely, amazing location with terrace area which had a beautiful view. The bedroom was very clean and a nice size.

The air-con wasn't very cold
