The hosts are great, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast basket of your choice delivered to your room is a very good touch, we've stayed here before and this is why we decided to stay again.

Nothing negative about the accommodation, breakfast or the hosts.

"An absolute gem"

The location was great with ample parking which is always a bonus. Our room was first class and very well presented clean comfortable and spacious. The breakfast delivered to your room was delicious and plentiful with a great choice of items. Greig and Laura were excellent hosts very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this property.

Breakfast was brilliant plenty of choice putting gluten free biscuits in the room and supplied oat milk which for a small hotel was truly amazing.

"Excellent stay at the Hill Crest."

We loved our stay at the Hill Crest. The parking was convenient and the location is a short walk into Whitby. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The room was spacious with a table and chairs by a large window. We completed a sheet every evening with our choices for breakfast which was delivered to our room at a specific time in the morning. This system worked well for us and I'm sure we will return. The hosts were warm and friendly.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

"Lovely hosts, lovely rooms, lovely breakfast."

The hosts were lovely, really friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Our rooms were upgraded with no extra cost. The whole place was spotless. Breakfast was over and above, delivered to our rooms and everything was fresh and delicious.

I honestly cannot think of anything.

Breakfast in the room was great, very tasty. Room including bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. Location to the town centre was great and our hosts were terrific.

We had issue with our towels & heater but these were resolved quickly. Otherwise everything was to our satisfaction.
