The chalet is exactly as described, super calm and has everything we needed for our stay.

The location is only good if you are in a car. The windows have thin curtains, they are not blackout, which makes it difficult to sleep well in the summer, especially with children.

Celine, the hostess was very friendly and informative. Helped with everything we needed during our stay. We dined at the restaurant on site. Great food and great service. We very much recommend it.

"Hospitality, wine and perfect cuisine--A memorable weekend at the Saalfhof Winery"

We went to visit the winery and enjoy the restaurant and wine pairings. Chef Ben is amazing. We ate like kings in france.

The house was a replica log cabin with very few windows so it was very dark inside.
