Annie's Bed&Breakfast

De vriendelijke, behulpzame Hanjalka voor wie geen vraag te veel was. Je voelt je hartelijk welkom, een echte thuis in een vreemde stad. Heel ruime, nette kamers.

Hajna was truly special. Many places have lots of great facilities but only Annie’s has the wonderful, warm and super friendly Hajna. She made our stay wonderful

The bedroom carpet could do with a refresh

Heel leuke, gezellige gastvrouw. Lekker ontbijt. Propere lichte kamers. Goede ligging, dichtbij busstation en centrum op wandelafstand.

Hoorbaarheid van de trams voor de deur s’nachts.

Once inside the b & b we found everything was superb. There is a very old fashioned lift to take you to 2nd floor. Everywhere was nicely decorated with unusual finishing touches, like an antique record player with LP’s that can be played. Fruit, tea and coffee readily available anytime in the breakfast area. Host very friendly and welcoming. Good selection of meat, cheese, salads and breads. Also delicious Croatian biscuits. A 20 minute walk will take you to the centre, tram no.6 outside the front door will also take you there.

More information on how to get into the building would be helpful. Unclear signage for Annie’s B & B on front door of building was difficult to see in the dark!

Our host Hana sorted out a problem we had re not twin beds as booked and confirmed by the business. Room changed for second night to a larger bed and room and partial refund. Hana also a good hostess . Clean property, comfortable and very cental location convenient for bus and train station in addition to city centre.

De reactie van Annie toen wij koud water hadden in de badkamer. We kregen gelijk een andere kamer. Weet niet hoe dit geweest zou zijn in het hoogseizoen. De loodgieter kon die dag in ieder geval niet meer komen. Verder een sober, maar prima ontbijtje.

Eigenlijk niet zoveel op aan te merken.

Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war ausgezeichnet , uns wurde ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft ein Parkplatz reserviert , was in Zagreb sehr wertvoll ist. Die Lage ist top ,ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Besonders nennenswert war die Begrüßung und Gastfreundschaft von Hanna, sie ist eine der besten Hosts die wir erlebt haben . Ihr Charme und ihr herzvolle Art sind einzigartig!wir mussten sehr früh abreisen und Hanna hat für uns im Kühlschrank das Frühstück vorbereitet und liebevoll hinterlassen. Sollten wir nach Zagreb zurück kommen , werden wir Annies B&B wieder buchen .

The sheets were worn and bobbly ; a single quilt for the two of us and the pillows also need replacing . Externally the property is worn down so a disappointing start to our visit of Croatia
