Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Very open to conversation and trying to make you feel comfortable. Special mention to Aldo, who on Ferragosto (assumption of mary public holiday) took time out for my partner and I, to drive us all the way to Castellamare because the public transport system was closed for the holiday. Not sure if this something the host regular offer but it certainly got us out of a huge predicament.

Location relative to the Amalfi Coast (Posiatno, Sorrento) was not great for this time of the year because the public transport system is poor for the region. Long queues for buses and poor roads makes this place hard to get to in the middle of summer. (Granted still a very beautiful area)

The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. The host (although doesn't speak English, it is Italy so try Italian! 😉) was pleasant, and the hotel was very easy to find. We loved the look of the place, and was very close to restaurants, shops and importantly the path of the gods. Would definitely recommend.

The walls are very thin, so try not to slam doors when you come in as other travellers may be getting up early to hike!

Property is really great with awesome view. They also provided decent breakfast.

We travelled from Positano and it is quite far with very steep turns.
