We greatly enjoyed our stay at Cranford Guest House. Sarah is such a welcoming and most friendly host. The welcoming tea with cake was delicious and the morning breakfasts were very tasty and pleasant! The bedroom was comfortable with a great view. Braemar is a lovely and peaceful place to visit with lots of beautiful walking opportunities.

Excellent service, punctual, good porridge. Hosts were extremely helpful and well- informed about local area. Loved the books available to browse in the lounge. just not enough time to read them.

As a beekeeper myself, it would have been nice to have had some local pure honey , rather than commercial 'honey' which these days is often adulterated.

"The best place to stay !"

This was the best stay of our roadtrip in Scotland! I cannot recommend this place enough, Sarah our host was so kind and you can ask her so many things about the Cairngorms and all the animals living there! Thanks to her I saw so many deers and squirrels!

"Brilliant stay with a lovely host"

Had a wonderful couple nights at the guesthouse. Sarah was a great host, lively and chatty. Room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Views were top notch as well. Breakfast was brilliant, perfect fuel for the day! Would recommend anyone visiting to Braemar to stay here!

"Super warm and welcoming guest house in the mist beautiful location"

Absolutely loved our stay at the guest house. Sarah was so welcoming we felt right at home. Braemar is the loveliest place and we really enjoyed the couple of nights we had there.

Our room was very small for the two of us and our two small dogs. No wardrobe or much space to keep anything. As we were there for 2 nights it was not an issue and we still had a really good nights rest! For anyone staying longer with hiking gear etc. it may get a little cramped. I am being picky here, the accommodation was lovely!
