Tutto ottimo; la posizione su una bellissima piazza dove c'era anche il bar con una buonissima colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Camera come un hotel a 4 stelle con tutte le comodità. Un servizio che ho apprezzato molto era la disponibilità di aqua fresca, succhi, bibite calde e caramelle gustose nella sala comune. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, nonché molto attento, abbiamo lasciato le chiavi in camera e hanno risposto e risolto tutto subito.

"Ormai Alberica 10 è diventato il B&B ideale per me quando mi trovo in zona."

La posizione è ideale, nel pientro centro della città. Negozi e ristoranti a pochi passi, anche le linee toscane presso l'ospedale sono vicine.

Il riscaldamento, cioè il termosifone nella camera non funzionava, quello nel bagno invece si.
