Unfortunately the only positive remark I can make is that the host was very friendly. We rang prior to Check in to enquire if we would be assured a parking space as advertised and was told yes there would be. What he didn’t say was that it would be a quarter of a mile along the road! We arrived after 4pm to find our bed unmade and I couldn’t help but notice the dirty torn duvet and old creased bedding yet to go on. When sitting on the bed it was very crunchy and obviously not going to be comfortable. We were showed the kitchen which was stacked with stuff including the breakfast items for the following morning. We were offered freezer meals for the evening. The shared bathroom was off the kitchen and had only enough room to swing a cat. Also on one of the kitchen tops was the only tv available to us and a grubby small sofa crammed into a corner to sit on.

We decided to leave to find cleaner accommodation which we managed to do at short notice. I feel that the whole place need a thorough clean and that advertising should state things more honestly. I wish I had taken more note of the negative reviews before booking. I have spoken with booking. Com re our concerns and they have said they will be looking into the matter. Watch this space!!!

Except for the fact that I was unaware that my bedroom would be upstairs, everything was fine and satisfied my needs. The business owner was warm and welcoming.

Host was very welcome 😁 So very helpful Would recommend it to anyone, elderly would find stairs difficult, would need room on ground floor.

It’s got breakfast and it’s very tidy.

Price/ quality was very good! Nice staff. Facilities and WiFi were not so great.

Unfortunately there was nothing to like about this property. I was grateful for a last minute check in.

The property is very dirty throughout and it would appear that people are living there full time.
