"Horrible experience"

1. Location 2. Room was dirty not cleaned - Not provided bedsheet, mosquitos were plenty 3. Toilet was not clean water stains were everywhere even on the mirror 4. TV was not functional 5.It is indeed not Royal Achaya but "Cruel Achaya"

Large room - felt like an entire apartment. No complains about the rooms quality however the setup was a little random. It feels like the lobby of an apartment has been turned into a room which I suppose is a clever was to use the space! Just lock the door at the top of the stairs behind the curtain if you want to ensure privacy

Comfortable stay. Host is very friendly and accommodating. The location is quite good and peaceful. Breakfast is complimentary though I didn’t take the breakfast.

Toiletries can be provided as part of the room.
