The Farmhouse B&B

The B & B is on a country lane and is in a beautiful building. I was in room 2 and had a fabulous view across the countryside from the bed. No TV in the bedroom but that suited me perfectly. Facilities for coffee and a good selection of teas too. Theresa was a perfect host and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options including veggie ones. There are 2 rooms downstairs for guests to relax in if they choose to and a complementary dram if you fancy it. Lovely hot and powerful shower. Would definitely recommend and would revisit if I was in the area.

There was nothing to dislike! Only thing that might improve it in terms of practical things would be a mirror and shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries. Otherwise pretty perfect,

I prefer a bath and there was only a shower but that’s just a personal preference.

This charming b&b combines modern comforts with the cozy warmth of the countryside. The room and bathroom was spacious. The sitting areas were inviting. We spent our evenings there enjoying a nightcap and playing games. Breakfast was delicious!!! We loved everything the host cooked and it was fun to visit with the other guests. The location was close to everything. Dunkeld was charming but Aberfeldy had our hearts. The hike close to town was fantastic (go up the right and down the left). Then enjoy a pint and the shops.

Amazing house in an equally fantastic location. Great talking to the owner about the farmhouse and the local towns and villages.

Quaint and cozy place. We stayed at Room 1 and it was spotless and the bed was super comfortable! The shower was great as well, with good water pressure. Theresa’s breakfast was excellent. We especially love the haggis and sausage 😋 Easily the best breakfast I’ve had throughout my one week in the Highlands. Highly recommend!

De zeer gastvrije en gezellige eigenaars. Het fantastische ontbijt met heel veel keuze. De zeer ruime en comfortabele kamer en badkamer. Het is er erg schoon. Gezellige gezamenlijke zitkamers. Ideaal om helemaal te relaxen op een afgelegen en mooie plek. Toch dichtbij allerlei voorzieningen, Dunkeld met allerlei voorzieningen en gezelligheid is 25 minuten met de auto.

L’accueil est exceptionnel, le petit déjeuner excellent, la chambre et la salle de bain ainsi que la maison sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût.

Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude qui nous a empêché de prendre une douche… ça arrive mais ça m’empêche de tout juger parfait.

Everything. The welcome, the rooms, hospitality. All great. Would certainly return. Great evening platter and wonderful breakfast
