Le personnel souriant et serviable .

Hebergement en hauteur situé sur la route principale passante, loin du centre d’El Nido, plus près de vanilla beach . Notre appartement lui aussi en hauteur 3 étages à pied donnant sur une coure où l’établissement fait sécher son linge et ou donne les systemeq dz climatisation engendrant du bruit dans l’appartement. Chambres petites clims très bruyantes impossible de dormir avec . Cuisine belle en photos mais inutilisable 1 poele dans un état déplorable , pas ou peu de vaisselle pas de dz torchon dz cuisine etc etc . Salle de petit déjeuné petite , un matin nous abons dû attendre un long moment qu’une place se libère avant de pouvoir avoir une table.

Good location, very friendly staff and front desk. Laundry service was also very prompt and fairly priced.

Some of our towels weren’t very clean, but were quickly exchanged. Outdoor drying rack was covered in rust. (Expected due to salt water exposure… but also made it hard to hang gear due to rust stains)

The room was Cosy and bright in a nice neighbourhood, only 1 minute away from the beach. The people of the hotel were AMAZING, friendly and helpful and they added to an incredible experience overall

Super friendly staff (they even let us to take a shower after checkout), the lady at the reception arranged a boat tour for us (which was amazing), the location is much better than staying in the center of El Nido (the Vanilla Beach is 2 minutes by tuk tuk or 10 minutes on foot).

If you need to work online, this place is not for you. The WiFi was extremely poor (I was not able to make an online call even without video). And also do not expect any mobile network coverage. A bit noisy from outside.
