Really comfortable beds. perfect pillows. Clean sheets. Overslept both days. On site parking. Great food if ordered in advance. Really friendly owner who made me very welcome. Nothing was any bother.

Location was excellent for me, going to a concert at the UEA.

The place itself also operates as a takeaway 🤔. When I went to ask a question to the owner about something , I was accosted by several delivery drivers asking if I worked there. All very strange. Anyway, I digress, the owner was in the kitchen preparing food to go out, and when I asked him to assist him with a matter, he said I should wait for 10 minutes whilst he was busy. Now he wasn't there on his own, but I have never stayed somewhere where I have been asked to wait as a patron, whilst a takeaway meal is tended too. He could have put this in the oven to help me out and the recipient would have been none the wiser, but no - not here.
