The hosts were amazing, friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable and lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. Most definitely would like to stay again.

Such beautiful accommodation with wonderful views of the countryside. The owners were warm and welcoming, the room was clean anda good size with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, we had the freshly cooked English breakfast which was made with food from local farmers. There was a good selection of different breakfast available which were all displayed beautifully. Cereals, yoghurt, fruits or just toast with a wide selection of jams.

Great full English breakfast and wonderful friendly host. From the first greeting to the final departure we really enjoyed our short stay and would not hesitate to return.

The signage is not totally clear and some signage from the Pennine Bridleway would be helpful as well.

The property is in a beautiful location with amazing views. It's very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are superb. We really enjoyed meeting our hosts, Dave and Valerie, who were really welcoming and kind. Hope to return in the future.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice room and lovely cooked breakfast. Great views from bedroom window.

For me the bed was too soft so was uncomfortable but I like a ferm bed others don't. My wife found it ok .

"Great accomodation in rural England"

The owners were so friendly and extremely happy to chat and share stories.

At times, room was actually TOO hot so had to turn down radiator. But bed was very comfortable and aided a wonderful sleep.
