The Air Con in the room was excellent, both quiet and effective. The room is a good size, although not huge. Cooked breakfast with coffee is served each day and was very good. It is very quiet so you get a night of good sleep, but still just an easy walk from town. It is also well located for the lake, which is good for running.

Town is about a 10 minute walk away. This isn't a problem, and there are some local shops nearby but many of these close on Sundays and Mondays which is a little frustrating, but no big deal.

The little hotel is charming, arty, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Carlos and his wife are amazing hosts: very kind, gentle and gave us good tips of what to do and see. We had a problem with our rent a car and they were very helpful and very kind, let us stay longer and wait in the garden, and even served us yummy lunch. Thousand thanks!

The room was clean and quiet. The family and the breakfast are what makes this place a great value. Always helpful and always smiling. Quick to answer some of my questions on whatsapp. Bonus a/c. Location was convenient.

No hot water, but didn’t mind. It was a few blocks from the main area and some people might be uncomfortable walking late. I walked back as late as 10pm and felt safe

Room is quite small. Not clean nor cleaned daily. Same towels for 4 days. A bit out of the way. About 3 blocks of dodgy dark streets as part of walk from centro. Poor signage as taxi driver couldn't find it.

Clean, excellent cost, great amenities, AC, delicious breakfast, the place is fantastic, Great location as well. Carlos and his wife were great hosts. Just love it.

very nice family owned place, the family is super sweet, the breakfast is different every day and very delicious. the room is nice, the garden is lovely.

nothing really, it would be even nicer if there was purified water for the guests to take (but when asked for some water they did give us some glasses to drink from the kitchen actually)

Breakfast was generous and amazing and changed everyday. Rooms are generous size. Clean with private bathroom. Location is great, walking distance between centre plaza and lake front malecon.

it is a very short walk outside the centre but the street isn’t super well lit when it’s dark - would recommend walking home late at night with someone or getting a cheap taxi, but it is completely safe. also struggled to find it as there isn’t a sign for the entrance but locals directed our taxi driver easily enough

Spacious and clean room, equipped with towels, soap and air conditioning. The hotel is family run, they were really welcoming, attentive and always with a smile. After a few weeks in Nicaragua I can say that my best breakfast was here. And the homemade hot sauce, wow! Super recommended !
