The host Carlos and his wife are so lovely! The accommodations are simple and very clean, situated in a separate building from their home. I mentioned I had caught a cold, and they prepared me a special traditional tea to help with my symptoms - and they also insisted that I fill my thermos with it for later. Their kindness is what makes their accommodation so special.

Nothing at all

The staff welcomes you like family. The garden area is beautiful. The rooms are private and comfortable and clean! I was able to take advantage of the food because of my schedule but I bet it was great!

This place is the perfect stay. It’s quiet, clean, the rooms are lovely, comfy bed, clean bathroom etc. the breakfast is fruit and an omelette, and it’s one of the best omelets I’ve had in Central America. I wish more places were like this, it was honestly the perfect stay. The staff were loooovely and super helpful too! Cannot recommend more.

It is a little far out, nearer the lake than the city and in a residential area. Wasn’t an issue at all but worth noting.

Carlos was friendly

It was overbooked, so despite having the booking confirmation we could not stay and had to find another place to sleep last minute on new years eve.

Super beautiful place, very clean and very quiet. Nothing will disturb your sleep. Don Carlos and his wife offer an incredible sweet and friendly service and their breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and quite Neighbourhood

Everything was good

Carlos and his wife are wonderful people, they have been extremly helpful and nice to us. The breakfast was amazing and we were looking forward to it every morning. The room was nice and very clean (cleaned every day), we appreciated the AC. The garden was lovely and well-tended.

The bathroom was a bit too humid but this is what we can expect in this region. Having more natural light in the bedroom would have been perfect.

As soon as you enter, you immediately feel very welcome. The couple is so sweet and attentive, they are eager to help in any way possible. Breakfast was lovely, two pancakes (perfectly cooked) and a lot of fresh fruit. Very yummy. Bed was comfy, the air conditioning in the room was much appreciated and absolutely necessary because it was so hot and humid. Their garden is very charming and beautiful! Overall it was a wonderful stay with wonderful people. We would absolutely recommend !

It was a bit sad to see the sweet parrot in her metal cage, she is very beautiful and clearly very smart, and so it felt like a bit of a shame that she is cooped up there, especially if she is never let out to fly or be in a bigger space.
