It was our second stay here, and we booked it a second time as we'd had such a positive experience the first time. The lady who owns and runs it is very friendly, remembered us and was very kind in waiting up for our late arrival and making sure we were all comfortable and that everything was explained. The rooms and lake view are superb, and the bathrooms are great. The breakfast was filling and good. We will definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful place to stay and the view from the bedroom was an ever-changing brilliant landscape. The breakfast was generous and the whole B&B was spotless. We just loved it.

It didn't impact us, but there are two things to note for prospective visitors. You can't walk around the lake and the bedroom we stayed in has a connecting door which could be noisy depending on neighbours.

I love staying here. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable and the host looks after you like you're a member of the family.

There is nothing not to like.

The property was practically on the lake and the view in the morning was beautiful. Very quiet and I slept very well. Free parking place was good, too. Only 10 minutes ride to Orta San Giulio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

there’s not much i can say that will do justice to the view - magnificent. a lovely spot, with a really spacious and comfortable bedroom

I just wished I could speak Italian so that i could have communicated better with the owners!
