Shower were in need of some fix.

For the money that they charge for the room it’s very nice place. Room was quite spacious, comfortable pillows and bed, my room had hot water, for a night stay was more than enough. The location is also nice.

The room is quite spacious and not noisy. It is decently clean though it still can be improved.

Some of the water taps and the shower are leaked inside the bathroom so it keeps wet. I think the water heater didn't work properly, because the hottest water temperature is only in a lukewarm degree. Perhaps it can be maintained better. Thanks. ^^

Good value for money.

No place for parking, main gate is small, stairs are too much steep.

The beds were comfortable. There was a lovely cat in the corridor as well.

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms smelled fine, but the other one smelled terribly of cigarette smoke to the point it was hard to breathe. The wifi did not work at all, even though we asked the staff about it multiple times. The bathroom was crawling with lizards and roaches. The location is in a very small alley which is very hard for taxis to find - our airport transfer had to circle around the block several times and had to ask locals for directions since google maps could not find a route.

The property is located off the main freeway. If you have a motorcycle you can park inside the hotel. Staff are friendly.

The property is next door to a graveyard and wasn't very comforting. My wife asked if we could move room and they happily changed our room. We stayed on level 2 and the stairs are very steep but okay, our room was at the end of a corridor with no open windows. People were smoking and filled the corridor full of cigarette smoke. The room window does not open and there is a film/tint on the window so you can't look out or open the window. We had our stay using a A/C for airflow. The wifi was dropping in and out and the shower was luke warm.
