The environment was peaceful and relaxing. Very clean home and staff were attentive and caring and always happy to help. My husband and I loved the room and the food. There was no water at some point but that’s out of the hosts control and National water fixed the problem ASAP

Secure place, big room, lovely staff. Good breakfast and pick up/ return to the airport for $10 each way. Enjoyed the rolex for breakfast just before leaving.

The staff and food are excellent. Host was very nice. Transportation to the airport was quick and efficient. Everything was good after I settled into the fact that I was staying at a home and not a hotel. I did not expect to see a private home on Booking . Com. It does say it is a B&B but it is deep in the description.

It was not clear that it is a room in a home or that they don’t take credit cards. There is no sign out front that tells you that you have the right place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Aivilo Home is like an oasis of relaxation and hospitality close to the center of Entebbe and Victoria lake. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beautifully designed veranda and the large garden invites you to linger. The breakfast und the dinner was very delicious. Olivia is an exceptionally friendly and caring host. She running Aivilo Home with great passion. We highly recommend Aivilo Home.

We liked the place and decided to stay here twice. Unfortunately for us we were treated disrespectful by the manager or owner, or at least the person who is called Olivia, at our second stay. We are sad because the staff were really nice and the place is lovely.

I gave the place a honest review, pointing out what was great and what might need improvement. I rated the place 8 out of 10. After posting the review, the person we have been communicating with, Olivia as mention above, sent me an unbelievable unprofessional message. I do not understand what she gains from treating her guests like this, it only affects the hotel badly. It’s very unfortunate and we will not stay here again because of the bad treatment. I want to mention that the review I gave pointed out that Olivia didn’t answer all our questions and that the communication was a bit hard sometimes. I could have pointed out more, but this was what I thought needed improvement. I guess they are not used to feedback that is not in their favor, and therefore blames the customer. Too bad

Nice for one night, close to the AirPort. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice.

We asked for the price for the cheapest room directly with the owner, and she gave us a higher price for the room then what was online, which we thought was a bit strange. Also a bit hard to communicate with the owner about the food they offer, and she didn’t answer at sometimes, and left us hanging.

A beautiful oasis that is quiet and peaceful, yet a nice walk to shops and restaurants. 15 minutes from the airport. Beautiful, spacious room with comfortable king bed and ensuite bath. Excellent meals provided at reasonable cost and served on a lovely outdoor patio. Olivia and her team will surely take care of all your needs.!!!
