The rates are affordable.

1. We had to wait for 2 hours after check-in time (14:00). I was tired and needed to rest immediately, but we could only access the room at 16:00. 2. When we woke up the next day, there was no warm water to shower. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash in the hand basin. I was very disappointed.
