Location, clean and friendly staff

We loved the location - right on Park Street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were meticulously clean and the Hotel provided daily housekeeping and a 24 hr concierge. There were many breakfast options to choose from, including continental or Indian food.

The entrance to the building is in the back and could be a bit more welcoming (cleaner), but there is an elevator going up to the 2nd, 4th and 5th floor (belonging to the Hotel). Once in the Hotel, everything is clean and beautiful.

Staffs were good and friendly.

Practically there were no lobby place. It was small area. I stayed in the 3rd floor, Due to construction in the floor, it was as extremely dirty and dusty. For the price they charge the overall facility condition extremely bad.

Amazing location, mrt 5 mins away. Great staff and comfy beds. Wifi free. Good range of breakfast choice.

The windows were super thin so it was very noisy...bring ear plugs. The breakfast time was from 8am which was too late if you have tours booked so we had to miss breakfast twice! But there are plenty of places to eat.

I was staying in Deluxe room for 8 nights in Park suites Hotel at Park Street in Kolkata. Spacious room with comfortable bed, kettle, basic amenities and effective air conditioning in the room. Egg, toast with butter and Jam, milk-tea was served for breakfast to the room. Proximity to restaurants and shops. No safe box is available.

Noice and Difficult to get the taxi at the hotel drop off point. Congested traffic to get out and in the hotel

Your staff are the best! They are definitely your best asset and the face of the Park Suites.

The lack of a mirror in the room. The bathroom mirror is wonderful but us ladies, would LOVE a mirror in the room!
