The Harrington Residency is a gem of a find - small, clean, excellent staff who served delicious breakfasts the 3 days we were there. Extremely safe location. Near to shops and restaurants.

The building is a leftover legacy from the British days as is the rickety elevator ! But that added to the ambiance of the place. It may not be everyone's cup of tea!

"Hidden Jem of a place!"

Amazing place and great service. Staying in an art gallery is special. Very chilled out place. Great location, right at the heart of Kolkata. Highly recommended.

Entrance and the lift can be very off putting.

Clean bed bath and good AC and lighting. Good location and nearness to metro and CBD

Approach stairs and elevators were musty damp smell. The Elevstorcfid not work for a day and had to climb the stairs. Noisy room neighbours playing loud music till 2 am from Saturday evening to Sunday 2am. The housekeeping staff were not able to do anything about it.

The only positive point about the property is that it is convenient for visa applicants. The building is old but being in the Park street area it is well located. The breakfast spread was minimal but satiating. The staff exuded warmth and took care of all requirements.

Nothing specific. Suggestions given were implemented.
