Great location for Lincoln. We were there primarily for Christmas shopping. Lovely rustic mixed with modern accommodation and facilities.

Lovely space in room & decor

Noise from bio mass boiler - we live in a rural area so not used to any noise. We were aware of a A constant hum from what we think is the biomass set up

I love the no-contact self-check in/out. The instructions were clear, and it was really easy to get all the information. The room was really nice, great bathroom, and the location couldn't be better with easy access to the bike trail.

The bed was rather hard. If this were improved, this would be a perfect 10 place.

"Doddington delight"

Spacious room, comfortable bed, warm and inviting. Arrived to Christmas trees and twinkling lights, very atmospheric. Great to walk round gardens/estate/farm shop and lovely cafe

Useful to have a little fridge but was too noisy next to the bed, had to turn it off overnight. Breakfast availability in cafes on site not early enough and no other option Could do with a shelf in the bathroom
