L'appartement est neuf et dispose d'une climatisation. Pratique si vous prenez le bateau comme piéton (il faut bien passer par l'entrée Ingresso Fortezza Vecchia).

La chambre est parfois bruyante (les murs sont fins) et on entend le chien de la voisine

The stay had several good points. The location was excellent, very central, with everything within walking distance. We also really appreciated the clear and helpful information provided before our arrival.

What we found disappointing was that we reported the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but unfortunately, we never received any follow-up or response. This was especially inconvenient given the warm weather.

This apartment is in a great location, very central to Livorno. Easy to get from the train station by bus and a short Uber ride to the port. Tommaso, the host, was very helpful in sending the details for accessing the apartment and the apartment is very clean and perfect for the night we stayed.

The shower is quite small but good water pressure. There was a lot of noise from the street until around midnight and a dog next door that barked a couple of times during the night but overall, for the night we required, it was great.

The surrounding is really pour - dourty and noisy.

The biggest problem that the owner does not answer any of our questions, we arrived in complete insecurity . It it next to the main street, so laud that it is impossible to sleep with the open window the climate is smelly, so don't like to use it either. The neighbors are horribly loud you can hear everything throught the ‘paper’ wall.

The room was very nice, clean and well equipped.

The neighbors were partying until dawn, the dogs were barking, and the street was also very loud! The stairwell was dirty and there were cockroaches! Parking is only possible in the nearby parking garage, access is difficult due to the crowded city center. overall, it can be good for those passing through, but for a longer stay it is only recommended for those who like the noisy city center!
