Il B&B si trova molto vicino ad un parcheggio pubblico e gratuito molto comodo considerando che non è facile trovare un posto auto gratuito a Livorno. Il centro città si trova a circa 25 minuti a piedi. La camera è essenziale, ma accogliente e il bagno e pulito. C'è anche un'area comune dotata di due fornelli, un lavandino, un frigorifero, tè, caffè e tutto ciò che serve per prepararsi una piccola colazione in autonomia.
