When we visited the property they asked us to pay more amount and when we showed our online bookingthey didn't accept it they said to pay more as we went to see their rooms and their behavior was very rude to us.

They are not all professional and charged extra amount of actual amount agreed while booking. No genuine bill got.
ININpleasant stay with family maybe could serve Tea and coffee for guests . Place is neat clean and maintained very well would recommend friends and family. In addition pls provide Tea and cofee which would help the guests
MYThe vintage style of ambient was nice
The manager was so rude and charged extra for the kids whereby in the rules and regulation card mentioned we need only to pay Rs 800 for the kids above 5. But the room i booked was x2 triple room and i double room for 5 adults and 3 kids and 1 baby. This was my 5th hotel in India all i booked was the same and no one had charged us like this hotel did. No breakfast but we ordered online but there is no proper or enough place to have the breakfast. Need to wait and take turn to seat on the dining area. Too many mosquitoes and cleanliness was very bad it was too dusty.
