Waiting more than 20 minutes at the gate with no one to open up the gate. And another 10 minutes while they're busy calling someone to confirm your booking with your airtime 🙄

ZAHouse design, premises were fantastic, inside decor & perfumage were superb beyond the standards!!!
It was not easy to find the guest house 😒. I had to pass it three times moving around it without noticing it. I would recommend that the signage be visible at the gate.

The Television only only allowed us to watch Cartoons other channels were not available. Also our room didn't have a Wardrobe.
ZAThey didn't clean our room,sheets and towels never change,I had to ask for clean towels, we went out in the morning when we came back the room was not cleaned, and also i had to pay R80 AT the premises,we had to stay and sleep to the room that was not cleaned
