The location is good and close to a lot of cafes, shops and beach

The sheets and pillowcases didn't seem/smell freshly washed, I asked for a change, first the staff insisted it's clean, then took pillows and brought them back it same situation. There was only an extra sheet for a cover, so with AC or Fan on it would be too cold and with AC/FAN off it would be too hot. Dark room with curtains, and no privacy without.

Great location. Close to the beach, shops and many restaurants. The onsite restaurant is beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. We plan to stay here next trip.

Nothing not to like.

Quiet location but only 100m from the noisy main beach road, 5 minutes walk from Browns Beach. Stylish guest house comprising 2/3 buildings set in well-tended gardens. Large bed with firm mattress. Kettle, cups, fridge and tea/coffee provided. Outside seating on a small balcony. Good WiFi Really helpful staff who spoke good English. We would recommend - a lovely place generally. The guesthouse is attached to the lovely Yaaga Back garden restaurant, where the breakfast is also served. Good choice of food for breakfast.

No mosquito net provided and there are quite a few in the garden, so make sure you keep the door to the room shut!

It was the best accommodation I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Modern and clean room, good size, large bathroom, toiletries included.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Branch. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The food was excellent. We liked the location, away from the main road, a very short walk to the beach with shops and restaurants nearby.
