The hosts were very welcoming and the room was very comfortable. Superb freshly cooked breakfast. The hosts have put their own original ideas into effect to give a very interesting and contemporary feel to the property. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

A lovely old house in the interesting village of Newnham. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked and good. Our host was friendly, helpful and attentive. Newnham has two pubs a good looking restaurant, which which was fully booked on the night of our stay and some lovely walks.

Loved EVERYTHING! Honestly couldn’t fault anything. The hosts were amazing and all the little extras that they put into place really made the difference. Would Absolutely stay again!

Only had one night away but chose an excellent location. Room was spacious, traditional, quiet and upgraded with all modern requirements. Breakfast was amazing and the welcome from Alex and Tony was perfect, not overbearing. Would highly recommend

The only thing preventing a 6 ⭐ rating is a place to sit outside on the odd days like ours where the sun was actually shining

This was an excellent b & b. We had a lovely room and the breakfast was very enjoyable.
