Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, goed ontbijt, heerlijke kamer en bed. Heel “cozy” bed and breakfast.

Wel opletten als je niet goed ter been bent vanwege een paar trappen om in de bed and breakfast te komen.

Casa da Umbria is a very cleverly converted village townhouse with 3 bedrooms. The property is very tastefully furnished and decorated. Claudia the host was delightful and the breakfast was superb. Beds were comfortable and walk in shower very good. There is an honesty bar - a great idea. There is also a patio/terrace which you can enjoy sitting out on when having a drink.

We had difficulty finding the property, and parking was on the street, as we knew. Fortunately I recognised the outside from a picture on Booking.com - the street itself is for pedestrians only. There are steps up to the front door, and then about 20 steps up to the access to the rooms, so not a good option for anyone infirm, which is a pity as staying at Casa da Umbria is a treat.
