Very pleasant stay, the host was lovely!

Probably the warmest welcome we’ve ever received on arrival. The landlady even came out into the street with a signal torch to guide us the last 200 yards in the dark. She could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We had a particularly good full English vegetarian breakfast before we left. Tis stay perfectly fulfilled all our requirements.

So lovely and homely, a real home away from home and as a lone female traveller it feels so safe.

The family was lovely, helped me park up my vehicle, they were kind enough to keep my insulin in the fridge for me and breakfast was delicious, filling and quick. Thank you so much for making my stay a welcoming and helpful one, will definitely pop again when I'm in the area. Thank you!

Nothing!!!

Tanya could not have been more helpful. I needed to be away early so she duly had breakfast waiting for me at 05.45 Huge pot of good tea. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even made me a flask of coffee to take with me on both mornings

not overkeen on the breakfast sausages - sorry Tanya! Didn't have a sausage on the second morning but she gave me an extra egg without being asked. The tomatoes were tinned,; not my favourite but the bacon, egg and mushrooms were great. The bed was comfy but the bedding was somewhat tired although clean

A great host and she couldn't do enough for us. Lovely and comfortable and in an area that was just right for getting to our boat that was mooed about 3 miles away.

Everything was great but the room was cold, heating should be continuously on.
