"Your home away from home in Palermo"

Betty, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, asking what we liked for breakfast and explaining the wonderful savory Sicilian pastries. The room had great attention to a traveler's needs, including a rack for shoes, clothes and suitcases. The sofa in the Green Room was a nice touch. The place was spotless and fresh cappuccino in the morning was an excellent perk.

Frühstück war perfekt, sehr individuell und sehr reichlich. Die Wirtin hat sich super um uns gekümmert, z.B. mit Vermittlung einer Gaststätte in der wir das Viertelfinalspiel des FC Bayern gegen Real Madrid sehen konnten.

Die Gastgeber waren supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß und komfortabel. Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden. Die Altstadt von Palermo ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkhaus gleich nebenan für 13€/24h. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Es ist halt in der Innenstadt, da muss man auf Lärm eingestellt sein. Aber unsere Gastgeberin hatte Ohrenstopfen bereit gelegt. Uns hat der Geräuschpegel nicht gestört.

"Exceptional"

We had a great stay at this B&B. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation itself had a lot of charm and perfectly matched the historic character of the city. Everything was easily reachable on foot, which made exploring the city very convenient. The only minor downside was the noise level in the evening. The windows were not completely soundproof, so you could occasionally hear the lively street activity outside. However, earplugs were provided, which we found to be a very thoughtful gesture. Also, the vibrant city life is simply part of Palermo – and it’s likely that it wouldn’t be much quieter in other areas either. All in all, a wonderful stay that we would happily recommend. If you’re looking to experience the real Palermo and value warm, genuine hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay! And as a small personal highlight: there was also a cat, which was definitely a big plus for us as cat lovers! Grazie
