Beautiful place, easy to access. Kind staff.

This is a great location for visiting the Holy House in Loreto...so very close and very attractive and pleasant place to stay! And the hostess even speaks far more English than I speak Italian and was very sweet! The accommodations are a private bedroom with an en suite bathroom. That bedroom and bath are located within an apartment that has 2 other private bedrooms with keycode locks. Attractive and well-appointed. The room included extra blankets and pillows and has a great hot shower! Some factors that non-Italians should realize...1. the 'first floor' is what Americans would call the second floor. So the unit does require you to climb and lift your luggage up several stairs--not terribly difficult but better if you don't have a full-size or heavy bag/suitcase with you. 2. The address is not one you can access while driving in your car and 'find'. It is on a street leading to the Cathedral? Basilica? so truly close and charming! But not supposed to be accessible by car, although we saw some cars early the next morning pulling onto the street to deliver things to the local shops. After circling the block multiple times trying to find the address, I hopped out of the car and searched by foot and found the street 'in the middle' of the block we kept circling following GPS. Our Hostess did send the name and google map to the place where our 'free parking' was to be located--but we were never able to find it. Since I was traveling with a friend, she simply dropped me with the luggage near the apartment and then found some street parking about a 10 minute walk away--we gambled and didn't have our car ticketed or towed that night. It was a very clean and nice place to stay. We didn't use the breakfast gift cards provided so can't speak to that but the entire neighborhood is attractive and appeared to be very safe. We found a restaurant nearby and were not intimidated to be out walking after dark.

It was a good fit for our needs! I would stay there again if I were visiting The Holy House of Loreto. But for the reasons I shared previously, I would not book this if traveling with someone who has mobility issues.

Tudo perfeito! Proprietária solicita e gentil que nos auxiliou a todo momento. O apartamento é lindo, espaçoso, muito limpo e organizado...primoroso! A localização é excelente, muito próximo à basílica. O café da manhã oferecido também é gostoso e fomos atendidos por uma atendente muito atenciosa.

Great location! The host was very kind and always available when needed. They even provided a breakfast ticket, which was a nice touch

Parcheggi a pagamento distanti. La colazione viene fornita in un bar in piazza: volendo prendere un the al posto del cappuccino non ci hanno voluto dare la bottiglietta d'acqua che altrimenti sarebbe stata inclusa.

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione del bed and breakfast perché è situato proprio nel corso centrale del paese, vicino a tutti i servizi.

Preferivo la colazione all'interno del bed and breakfast. Comunque consiglio la struttura.
