Giulia was the most welcoming host! The room was lovely and the garden views (and cat) were a huge bonus too! 10/10

Buongiorno la colazione era molto ricca, buona e abbondante. La vista dalla camera era meravigliosa. Il terrazzino a disposizione meraviglioso. Lo staff molto disponibile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Die Räumlichkeiten (mit geteilter Küche) waren für uns als Familie optimal und das Frühstück sensationell - liebevoll vorbereitet und mit frisch gepresstem Mandarinensaft aus dem tollen Garten. Die überaus zuvorkommende Gastgeberin hat uns einen authentischen Einblick in das lokale Leben gegeben und sogar vom Busbahnhof abgeholt. Wir können den Aufenthalt auch in der Nebensaison (November) empfehlen.

wspaniały pobyt w Modica dzieki gościnnym gospodarzom - Giulia i jej Ojciec. Duży stylowa sypialnia z balkonem i widokiem na otaczające wzgórza i ogród mandarynkowy. Przepyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie serwowane przez gospodarzy w ogrodzie, z własnych produktów, owoców, marmolady pomarańczowej i z granitą przygotowywaną przez Ojca Giulii. Udostepnione miejsce parkingowe w małym garażu było dodatkowym atutem. Bardzo pomocne były polecenia Giulii dotyczące zwiedzania Modici i okolic oraz tratorii z lokalną kuchnią.

The hosts were very helpful, The breakfast was delicious and plentiful in their lovely garden. A very nice balcony with a view. Good base to explore the area.

A few minor issues that you always get, but these were resolved quickly. Sometimes parking took a while but always found somewhere, if not the host offered their garage to use.

Très bon accueil par Giulia, très à l'écoute tout au long du séjour, dans une maison familiale très bien rénovée. Vue sur le jardin, une partie de la ville basse et les collines environnantes du balcon de la chambre. Petit déjeuner sicilien exceptionnel dans le jardin au milieu des mandariniers. Rapport qualité/prix et propreté exceptionnels.

Giulia and her farther are wonderful hosts - very nice, helpful and welcoming Our room, with its balcony and clothes line, has a beautiful view of Modica, the hills, and overlooked the lovely garden below. Our room was very spacious, clean . The bed was comfortable. There were outlets on either side of the bed so we could plug in our CPAP machines. We enjoyed our breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade desserts and marmalade in the garden and in the kitchen on the rainy day. It was a special place, a bit of an oasis and a highlight of our trip. Secure free parking was available. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome in your city.

We loved the BB. Can't think of anything we didn't like.
