Geweldige ligging, dicht bij het centrum van Renesse

De bedden. Erg zacht (slecht). Iedere beweging leidde tot wakker worden. Daardoor slecht geslapen.

Tolle Lage:) nettes Personal :) Frühstück war toll!

Zimmer anders als abgebildet! Bett, war durchgelegen… der Spiegel im Zimmer war so dreckig und verschmiert. Der Mini Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gute Größe. Sehr nettes Personal, top Frühstück und schöner Pool, Lage sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Stadt.

Sehr steile Treppe nach oben zu den Zimmern, sonst alles super.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir waren Gäste der Villa Westerduin, einem Nebenhaus des Badhotel Renesse. Unser Zimmer hatten wir gebucht mit Sauna, Whirpool. Frühstück ok.

Leider war der Zimmerservice nicht ausreichend. Wir mussten die Verbrauchsmaterialen mit einem jeweiligen Gang zur Rezeption selber auffüllen. Der Service kann ja mal etwas vergessen aber bei 3 von 4 Nächten nicht akzeptabel. Das Interesse an diesem Umstand war bei der Rezeption auch nicht vorhanden. Wenigstens am Abreisetag hat man sich Notizen gemacht.

"Altbau renovierungsbedürftig, Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis zu teuer"

-freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check-in -Restaurant -und frühstücks-Bereich modern ausgestattet -das 3-Gänge Menü im Restaurant war mega lecker und qualitativ top -die Lage ist zentral gelegen, unweit zur City oder zum Strand -unser Zimmer war mit Whirlpool und Sauna, das Badezimmer war sehr schön

-Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel vorhanden, aber mit 16€ pro Tag viel zu teuer -wir hatten das Zimmer im alten Haus, ich fande es eine Zumutung sowas noch anzubieten, alles absolut abgewohnt, alte Möbel, die instabil sind, es war nicht sauber, die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Zimmertür kann man ganz einfach aufbrechen, der Zimmerschlüssel wiegt gefühlt 1kg, den man ständig mit sich trägt, die Kabel liegen einfach auf dem Boden, die Tür zum Bad ist nur eine Klapptür etc. -Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist viel zu teuer!! -den Außenpool konnte zu dieser Zeit noch nicht genutzt werden -provisorische Reperaturen im Badezimmer
