The reception we got was warm and welcoming

My wife couldn't eat any of her cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs) - when asked how it was and she explained that they were dry, overcooked and had to be cut with a knife, she was dismissed, as were the other couple who then said the same... The mattresses were thin and left my wife with aches in her shoulders and hips, because she was effectively lying on the bed base

good location - near Galway but away from traffic. Property has beautiful garden and sea views from breakfast room. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The host was most welcoming, the perfect arrival to a humble Irish B&B. He made our stay, great breakfast, great conversation, easy atmosphere. Our room was lovely, it had everything we needed and more including our own coffee machine. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and he really took the time to chat to you and tell you all the good local places to visit. Everything was thought of and excellently executed.

There was nothing we did not like, only that we did not stay longer. We arrived in the wind and the rain but were instantly made to feel welcome, at home and able to dry off.
