Room-- spacious great ambience Beds and pillows- comfy. Toilets- great, spacious, good toiletries and towels. Turkish bath in toilet. Great views. Can watch balloons 🎈 in the morning from terrace. Brilliant. Host. So many cups of tea and wonderful conversations with Mr Ali. He arranged tours and balloon ride for me cheaper than online and while I checked locally as well. He is an amazing human, who is very helpful Breakfast- was exhaustive. The breads are home made daily. So fesh and soft. Loved it. Miss it.

Upon making my reservation, Mehmet immediately contacted me to learn of my travel itinerary. He communicated about airport transportation. After my arrival he arranged all my tours. He was great! My room exceeded expectations and my balcony had an amazing view. Guest must try the pistachio Turkish coffee, it's sweetened with dates and it's the absolute best.

In my original review I mentioned that one of the kitchen staff members misunderstood my request for eggs. In a manner of being polite, I ate some of the eggs as they were improperly prepared. The next day the eggs were made improperly again but this time I made mention of it to the staff member. This angered the kitchen girl. She removed the eggs from the table and went into the kitchen speaking loudly so that all the guest in the dining room including myself could hear her displeasure with me for expressing I DONT EAT CHEESE IN MY EGGS. As I tried to explain to Mehmet that maybe the Staff Member misunderstood since I used a translation app to express my desire previously. I expressed that the request was for my eggs to be fried "HARD" but HARD may not have translated into Turkish, therefore causing confusion that could have led to the girl adding cheese. The girl stood behind Mehmet and read this clarification and still displayed outrage. She continued to be angry and raise her voice to be heard in the dining room. In my home country this type of behavior in the hospitality industry is unacceptable. Mehmet asked me to change the review. He made mention of giving me a cake for my birthday and how the kitchen staff member was his sister that didn't speak English. I agreed to change the review but when I did, he still wasn't pleased. He wanted me to lie and leave this section of the review empty (blank).
