Sunny Homestay Hoi An

Host is lovely. Localisation is really good, less then 10 min walk from old town and you can be away from the confusion in a very nice neighborhood. Bedroom is very comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony. Breakfeast is really good too. The host let us use bicycles for free and also helped us arrange our coconut boat ride which was cheaper then all the places we had checked before coming to Hoi An. Highly recommended

I loved the quiet location that was in easy walking distance to Hoi An Old Town. The room was spacious and it was great value for money. Also the host (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name) was so lovely and helpful. My laundry was down well and promptly and good value for money. And the car pick up service from Da Nang was great value for money, much cheaper than a Grab. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to be near Old Town.

There wasn’t really any hot water in the shower and the pressure wasn’t great but it was so hot that I didn’t mind a cool shower. Also, whilst a fridge was provided in the room and it was turned on, it wasn’t cool at all. Finally, I loved the lady running the place, she was lovely but I was never sure how to find her or contact her, especially for breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and the lady who owned the homestay was really nice. Good breakfast. Really nice location, quiet, but still near the city. You could borrow bikes for free, but they weren't the best quality.

The aircon controller was broken, so our aircon option was either 22 degrees or no aircon.

The room & bathroom sparkly clean same as the photos, also had an excellent breakfast made by the host. The hosts is nice and very helpful with everything and very convenient. We had a great stay. The location is perfect too, really close to the Old Town and the night market. old town just 5 minutes walk away. we also use the bike to travel around hoi an and its lovely . 100% will stay and visit here again.

Very clean, good location. The lady was lovely and breakfast was nicely made fresh for us when we got up. It was a set menu. Room was bijou and had everything we needed including air con and fridge, comfortable bed.

Nice modern room ,quiet location but near the old town, nice breakfast, the host were excellent, when we had a late change of flight,they helped us sought it out,also free bike rental.
