The room is at the second floor and many steps is challenging with your luggages.

We did not stay at this property.

The listing stated parking was available, but there was no parking; it also didn't stipulate that the room was on the 2nd floor, and no assistance was available. I called the owner and explained my partner was 95yr and could climb those stairs and would need help with our limited baggage. No one was on site to aid us, and she asked us to wait 30 minutes for her. I politely explained this wouldn't be a fit for us and that we'd have to rescind our booking. A FIRST FOR US. She called me back at least 7 times and nothing I explained satisfied her. It was regrettable.

The location was fabulous. The property is really very, very nice. The only problem for an older couple is the flights of stairs. It’s on the second floor, which is two floors up not one as it would be in America. But they did provide assistance with luggage on the stairs. We would highly recommend this property.

The only thing about the property that we did not like where the stairs

I would say everything, nothing excluded. The excellent and timely communication, the welcome, the location, the cleanliness, the furnishings of the rooms, the central location, the breakfast (served by the innkeeper with delicious cakes made by them), the courtesy of the host

Nothing, all simply perfect

The coffee and breakfast was adequate and always ready when I wanted.

The size of the room was not as expected by photos. Very small and was expecting a balcony I could sit on by the discription. But the cleanliness and family greeting made all the difference in the world .
