Grigio Pesca

Ivano is a nice & friendly host. The B&B is clean & well located, close to the train station, the city centre & the sea promenade. The croissants at the coffee shop where we had breakfast are delicious.

the breakfast was..some people might like it but i expected a bit more. giving 9 instead of 10 just because of it.

The host was great, very nice and made sure that I was taken care of during my stay. The location was good and walking distance to most things and the room was clean, and simple but nice 😊

The aircon light was a bit bright but nothing major

Breakfast at Dolce & Caffe in sweet ( super -sweet!!) Salernitano / Napoletano style was amazing. Location of Grigio Pesca is very good while you can walk to the most important locations in Salerno City Center. And not the least - Ivan was a great host!

We've staid only five nights. Salerno is even better than the Amalfi Coast. You may visit the very posh locations in Positano, Amalfi and so on, but also you may go in opposite direction to more natural and unrestricted places which are also wonderful.

Very good location, few minutes walk the train station, the port and the beach. Ivan is a very friendly, helpful owner, I realy recommend the place.

The man who owns this property is very aggressive and rude. Do not book here. When checking out he lied about damages being done when we have proof that nothing was broken. He is trying to steal tourists money clearly and is very nice when you meet him until you check out. I do not recommend he also is intimidating and try’s to force people into paying things that you did not break. Trying to save another person from his clear issues.

The owner

We had a great stay in Salerno. The room was spacious, clean and with big windows allowing for fresh air, but decent aound sound insulation when closed. After staying in much smaller and cramped rooms in Italy, this one was much more comfortable. Fridge and a kitchen in common area. The owner was friendly, helpful, showed up on agreed time and available on whatsapp. He offered us Italian breakfast in a nice cafe just next door. Location is in a nice area and a short walk to the a central pedestrian street. We also walked from/to the train station, 10-15 minutes, which was fine.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Shower was fantastic. Very clean.

Bed was really hard and pillows were flat and only two available.
